Welcome to Niagara Counselling Services! Now entering our 25th year of providing professional counselling services in the Niagara Region.

Niagara Counselling Services is a professional counselling agency, founded March 1st, 1995, now in our 25th year of providing confidential and quality counselling for individuals (18 and over) and couples.
  • Clinical services are facilitated by professional counsellors with masters degrees, along with additional support from experienced mental health professionals including Psychotherapists, Social Workers and Professional Life Coaches. Our dedicated team works to offer you the opportunity for improvement and positive change in your life. We are here to help, support, educate, mentor, and mediate to achieve a favourable outcome.

We offer one-on-one and marital/couple counselling. Please see our rates page for additional information on our fees. Most insurance companies will cover full or partial cost for social workers. Otherwise, save our receipts for filing income tax as a healthcare expense. We are not psychologists. We are innovative and solution-focused, with no long waiting periods. Appointments can usually be made within two weeks of initial contact.  We are available to serve you Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 8 pm with an office in Welland located at 449 Thorold Road (near Niagara College).
Please note: Our former St. Catharines is now officially closed as of May 1, 2020.
Niagara Counselling Services are very proud to be able to Reach Out To Everyone in need of assistance.
