You've come to the right place! We strive to offer realistic and affordable pricing for our services. In the Niagara Region, waiting lists for counselling can be long, and expensive--often clients are forced out of the region to obtain counselling. Our one-on-one counselling sessions are priced according to a sliding scale to accommodate your income level, and special rates are given to students. Most insurance companies will cover full or partial cost of the services you receive at Niagara Counselling.
We understand how difficult it is to find quality mental health and wellness support at a cost you can afford, so we have the sliding scale. Appointments can be booked within two weeks.
We are also providing new clients with a reduced rate for the initial consultation and assessment to help get you started!
Insurance:
Services may be covered partially or in full by your private insurance company or your employee benefits package. Check your coverage by asking the following questions:
Does your insurance cover a registered social worker?
What is my deductible, and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per counselling session?
What is my totally yearly coverage for counselling?
Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee services are available and are geared to income.
Payment:
Cash and cheques are accepted.
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend your counselling session, please notify us within 24 hours prior to the session, or you will be required to pay a cancellation fee.
